I went here because it was local and convenient for a Saturday. The lady collecting blood lacked the skills to collect quickly and painlessly - instead attempting to collect 3 tubes over 3 and a half minutes. I was listening to a song to distract myself. As a person who does venepuncture herself midwife and nurse choose somewhere else to go
Not going to mention her name or anything. I have been to so many pathologies for tests, the worst experience I have ever had. I never leave a review on web however the way that the lady talked to me, the attitude as a health professional was not there. I could not see it. I work in health industry too. Very unhappy. At the end,I said thank you anyway, but did not even care. Not surprised. I may have to return for a test again so I may have to come back but I hope do not have to see this lady.
The phlebotomist was very unfriendly. I was so surprised with her lack of interpersonal skills that I jumped online to see if anyone else has had a similar experience or if she just had some kind of beef with me. It seems others have experienced the same. A person in such a position should have a better demeanour, display empathy and warmth and have well developed communication skills. QML Jindalee is convenient for me, however I will not be visiting there again. Minus 5 stars.
the lady on the phone was so rude and blunt. was not helpful when i was unsure and asking her questions. i usually never leave bad reviews but this experience shocked me. never coming back to this QML.
Haven't experienced anything like the lady who takes the blood there. Really horrible.
The best blood test Ive ever had and the lady giving me the test was so sweet.
Very rude lady....full of attitude not even replied my Thank you
