Have been here to see Dr. Lukas several times. Always punctual, knows my records and always greets us with a smile. As a health professional myself, it's great to see other practitioners and clinics kept to a high standard. I Would be happy to recommend Lukas and the clinic to anyone looking for a new GP.

Whilst all the doctors we saw are lovely, I have to agree with comments regarding wait time. The longest is half an hour (we came five mins early) - could've done our shopping at Coles in that time.

Friendly staff and doctors. But waiting time is pretty long, sometimes more than an hour even get there on time.

I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years and have seen two GP's regularly during this time whom have both been excellent. Unfortunately the problem is with the actual practice itself, the latest example being that they hold appointment times which can only be booked that day, requiring you to call at 7.30am in hope that you might be able to book one of the allocated slots. This creates a situation where it will become near impossible to book an appointment with your GP for the following day which is ridiculous if you have an urgent matter, disadvantages those who work, especially shift workers and leaves you with very few options. It seems that being a bulking billing practice gives you the right to implement an idiotic policy that has a negative impact on your patients.

Run by the most incompetent staff. Usually have to wait an hour to see a doctor despite being 'on time'. Fed up, am no longer going to give them my business. Don't waste your time going here like I have!
