I go to this store at least once every 1-2 month/s and have received excellent customer service and book recommendations every single visit. Just for context: I prefer fantasy book series with strong female leads. We also took my nephew in was 2 years old, now 4 years old and he walked out with 10 + books which he still pulls out to read.

A bit to crowded. Definitely not covid safe as far as the 1.5 rule applies. Staff did honour the difference between their on line and in store sale. Thanks

I have been trying to get the “throne of glass” hardcover box set for a year and this lovely human named Indie I hope I spelled that right really pulled through!!!  Seriously such an amazing person and she was so understanding!!!!

Great help. Call in looking for a book. They had it and kept one away for me. Excellent customer service
