I had a hassle-free experience with their online site. The LEGO set I wanted was well-priced, it was shipped quickly, and I received the item in 3 business days, despite the on-going COVID shipping delays. The package arrived in good condition too. My only gripe is there isn't a way to change the order with a click once it's been submitted and there isn't any free shipping even when over quite a big amount unlike other sites. Besides that, a flawless transaction and a great experience with a local business that's definitely worth supporting.

I’ve ordered lego quite a few times from this wonderful online store. They have great prices and deliver fast. Can’t fault them and as an added bonus they put a lego catalogue in with the order.

Okay, so this is day 1 of the stage 4 lockdown, which they announced yesterday evening. My daughter’s birthday is on Wednesday and I am not allowed to go out to buy her a gift. I am heartbroken and rang almost every close by toyshop to no avail. Audzy hasn’t seen her grandparents in months and we are genuinely isolated. And now I have to explain to a little 5 year old I don’t have a gift for her. Then I called Purple Turtle. The Legend that answered the phone had so much empathy and suggested she could courier the gift items the same day. Also she did some calculations and very kindly informed me I don’t have to pay anything extra. She even gave me heads up that she’s waiting for the courier. Then Sta trek called me in a bit saying the awesome delivery guy is at the door instead of leaving a card!. I’m floored by the kindness of strangers. And Audzy is getting her birthday gift. Thank you so much. What you did for me today is priceless. Thank you, sincerely.

5 stars all the way. Fast and cheap delivery, best price i could find in any store or on internet and packaged with absolute care. Arrived in pristine condition. Will defijitly use again.
