i dont know about these other reviews; but i've been going here for 4 years now and they have always done my hair (and my sisters) how we wanted it done! Would recommend them! Plus cheaper then all the other places in Yarraville village

Don't you EVER, NEVER go there to get wax....I don't know about the hair dressing service but the waxing is the most unprofessional one you can get done.

SO unhappy with my hair after visiting this salon!!! I had a henna removal problem and if the hairdressers were experienced enough with henna they would have told me what I wished to achieve was not possible. Instead they persuaded me to keep coming in and getting it lightened even though my hair was a horrible blue and clearly was NOT coming out. They should have told me after the first time that it won't work so I didn't waste all that money! Very dissapointed and regret ever going to them. I went to a different salon and they told me straight away what was realistic with my hair.
