Exquisite Brows & Spa Altona

The lady spent the whole time telling me how light and patchy my brows were. Then she picked up my phone from my lap twice without asking to look at the case. Finally they didn't tell me the card payment was broken until after my brows even though I waited a few minutes before starting and even went up to the counter first. When I told them I only had Apple Pay they tried to get me to write down my full card details including CCV for them to process the payment later. Will definitely not be returning.

The lady put brow tint on then said she’d be back to remove in 5 mins. She has now been gone 15 mins and STILL just chatting away to her colleague ignoring me. I won’t be returning. Terrible customer service

Amazing Staff, very friendly and amazing at what they do in a Clean and open environment, they are fast, efficient and professional at Exquisite brows and spa!!

for the past four years i have had such a great experience with the girls at this brow bar, they are all very lovely and are excellent at what they do :)
