I went to the Melbourne Central branch (it recently opened and there isn't a location tag yet) and it was the worse threading experience I ever had. The lady insisted that it was perfectly fine even though I said I did not want it to thin! I would definitely not recommend because she was did not seem like she knew what she was doing. Will repost this on the Melbourne Central location once it's available.

i went to melbourne centre and has the worst threading experience ever. staffs are very unprofessional and put in very little effort to do their job. very bad customer service. dont waste your time...

I went to JT in High Point and got a henna tattoo. it is terrible and the lady did not seem like she knows how to draw properly and then I told her the tattoo was different to the image, she blamed me for my small fingers ... Never back here!!!
