Exquisite Brows & Spa Highpoint

If I could post a picture of my eyebrows on here I would, I would also post a picture on their Facebook page but I am under the presumption that because they have received such bad reviews on Facebook they have turned their review section off. I was so disappointed after visiting the highpoint store today and left with eye brows in such a bad state the day before my birthday. What a disaster. Your staff need more training to say the least. I am disgusted that a staff member would allow a client to walk out of the store with eyebrows like i did and think it is acceptable to charge the client for the service. I even discussed the matter with the staff member and all she had to say was “it will wash off” I have never had to leave a brow appointment feeling so embarrassed and disgusted by the state of these slugs above my eyes. I have no colour to my eyebrows and asked for my eyebrows to be threaded and tinted. I have had this done many times and only went to this place because it was closer to home. I would recommend NEVER going here. I wouldn’t send my dog here. These women need to have a realistic check and go and study a course instead of coming here with no experience scamming ladies every day.

Miss shaped and uneven tint. No one in the store and yet makes me sit in the broken and tilted chair. Will never be going back.

Apauling! Tinting skills were non existent- my brows are unevenly tinted and you can't even tell my lashes have been done- missed my whole lower lashes and didn't use any barrier creams so I now have stained skin. Threading services aren't much better- have ruined the shape of my brows that I have been working on for months! Had to come home and pencil in my brows to ensure even colour and to pencil in arches to make look even as she made them way to thin. To say I am disappointed is an understatement! Waste of $50.00 and months of growing my brows out!!
