Filled up yesterday with Diesel myself as I have frequent this Puma Fuels site from to time whilst passing through this area.. Unfortunately to my surprise the console operator was down right rude when I produced my RACQ card for my entitled 4 cent discount & he pointed with anger "pretty much" at the sign that have printed off saying they don't except RACQ cards any more.? I asked why & that made him angrier thinking I wasn't going to pay! Well I did of course, but unfortunately I won't be back after supporting this business in the last couple of years, as there was no need to be rude over a RACQ card. There are two other United sites & a Freedom all near by!!! I do see for some reason that Caltex seems to be taking over most Puma sites? So much for fair dinkum competition in this state of QLD.
Filled up with diesel and went to pay. Handed over my RACQ card for discount and was told no don’t do discounts and there is a sign on the bowser. I told him the sign should’ve at the front of the bowser so people know before they fill up. He said well if you don’t like it don’t come back. This is A PUMA garage so should give the discount for RACQ
Good variety of trailers for hire, hired a car platform. Friendly staff, used to be a Matilda brand.
Cheap fuel and gas very friendly and helpful staff
Went to fill up today & there was a paper notice attached to the pump saying they do NOT accept RACQ cards.
Paid over $100 for fuel and then someone came out and quibbled at me for using the window squeegee for too long - sorry! Truck windows are big Large rental - so yeah I don't drive trucks for a living and hey it is not like there is any detergent in the bucket either. Wow.
Because of the consistently good prices especially with the RACQ members' discount, this is becoming my most regular service station. Unlike the other good servo's around, I've not yet had to wait for a pump.

My place to fill up, staff are helpful, easy access
Fuel price is usually higher here than other servos around in the area. The best thing about here is that Trailer hire here is cheaper than most other places. You have to go down an access road to get here. Store is very small and feels somewhat cramped. Last time I was here I bought a drink from here that was in a fridge in the store and it was expired by several months. The guy behind the counter was pretty rude when I was trying to hire a trailer.
