I work nightshift in a hospital and i have been getting a coffee in this store for over 2 years, recently on Wednesdays and Thursday nights you have a staff member Nisna ? who cleans the coffee machine at 9.20 pm and refuses to make coffees. I know others at the hospital who she refuses to serve also. She is extremely rude and unhelpful. There is a guy who works Friday evenings OMG Anirudh who is so friendly, makes an awesome coffee, doesn't matter what time it is, he's always happy to accommodate. He is a credit to your team.nI refuse to go into the store when she is there anymore, she is not doing your business any favours, I know at least 4 people that feel the same.. PLEASE set her some guidelines and teach her about customer service. It is really disappointing.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at BP Aspley this morning, 7 September 2025. I arrived at 6:08 AM after finishing a 10-hour night shift, only to face unprofessional and rude behaviour from the staff.nI waited at pump number 9 for several minutes while the staff did not open the valve, even though only a single customer was being served inside. When I politely asked her to open it, she finally did. Unfortunately, the nozzle at that pump was malfunctioning, going on and off repeatedly. I informed her again and asked to fuel from another pump.nInstead of assisting professionally, the female staff member became extremely rude, yelling at me inappropriately and making offensive remarks, including questioning if I “even know how to fuel.” I was shocked and appalled by this behaviour. I had no choice but to pay a minimal amount and leave, rather than escalating the situation.nThis experience was completely unacceptable. I expect basic professionalism, courtesy, and proper service at a reputable station like BP. I hope management addresses this immediately to prevent this kind of treatment to other customers.

Asian lady is as sour as a grape.nPoor decision to keep her.nAbout as much customer service as my foot.nRuins such a nice 24 hour service station.
