A few times I have been to grab some lunch. When requesting an order, been told, we don’t have this and that and also long wait for other items.nnSome staff are unfriendly and lack willingness to help. Very disappointed, especially when travelling and hungry.

However, it's important to note that since there's no staff present, if the card payment system were to experience issues, it could potentially lead to inconvenience. Overall, I had a positive experience, and the cost savings and accessibility were the standout features.
Never crowded, fast fuel purchase, always cheap. Sometimes the payment machines are down and you can't buy fuel as it's an unmanned site.

I've always had service with a smile there. It's a brand issue.
