Went to the Carseldine Caltex tonight to fuel my car, decided to use pay at the pump as there was a storm and the line up to the register was fairly long, put my payment through successfully. All was good, but then when I went to start pumping fuel the transaction was cancelled. I thought this was strange so I checked my account through online banking and there it was, the money had been taken out. I filled my car up and went to the counter to ask what I should do and they told me to pay AGAIN and that the original payment MIGHT be refunded. I wasn’t happy but it was late and I wasn’t in the mood for an argument. The service is not up to the standard. Good job Caltex charging customers twice for their fuel only to have your employees throw it back in your face. My advice don’t use the conviniece of pay at the pump and seek fuel elsewhere.

I arrived at Caltex to fill up this evening and paid at the pump, the transaction was cancelled however still took the money out of my account. I walked in to verify that i had paid and showed the caltex staff the receipt on my phone to which the lady said to me that i had to pay again, she acknowledged that i had already paid however said that it had not come thru, she offered No assistance and was very rude, one would think that Caltex would vett their staff for customer service skill but from what i have experienced i now know this is not the case. Thanks Caltex
