Hey guys,nnI wanted to send through a nice email to recognise a team member at your Coles express at the Nudgee servo. Today, 13/12/24, at 5:25PM, we were served by a staff member named Vee. As soon as we stepped inside you could hear him greeting and laughing with customers and just having a genuine chat. I know these are the expectations of customer service but Vee genuinely cared about putting a smile on peoples faces and making them laugh. You could tell he loved his job and what he was doing. Just because of his infectious nature we agreed to donate some money towards children’s cancer great cause of course but his care for the charity was so amazing. Please pass this onto the manager of the Cole’s express or the relevant people because he needs to know that a quick 2 minute conversation put a smile on everyone’s face who walked in. Vee is sunshine in human form.
Stopped at the Shell servo at Airport Drive, 1 of 2 tyre air pumps ‘out of order’. The second one had a split in the hose and deflated one of my tyres by 5 psi before I realised it was happening. Drove to the Shell servo in Nudgee and both tyre air pumps were ‘out of order’. How is it that a massive corporation like Shell can’t maintain and upkeep these services? Pathetic.
As a truck driver, I’m sick and tired of not being able to get a parking spot because they’re full of trailers with no trucks attached. Really need to do something about it
Do not eat here. 3 of us have been violently ill for 2 days now. Unsure of exactly what it was, could have been the old sushi or the old pork and crackling from coolabah, however the only common food source was from here. Will never stop at this servo again. I would hate the think how many others have been sick seeing as there was a fair few people there!
The coffee machine was out of milk in the middle of the coffee pouring, Jye was on break he saw us and willingly came to help, without caring that he was losing his break time. Care for the company and customers before his benefit. excellent service
