Stood at the counter waiting to order for 5minutes and the three employees ignored me - absolutely no idea how braindead these people have to be to ignore a customer standing in front of them for so long. I walked out obviously

UPDATE: Air hose has been fixed.nThank you to the manager who spoke with my husband this morning and took action. I’m happy to frequent BP Newstead again.nn3rd May 2024 - air pump still not operational. No good enough BP!!nnApril 2024 - Called in to get air in our tyres only to find the air hose was not working. So many fuel stations now don’t have air hoses that work. It should be mandatory!!

Clean and friendly service. Can be a bit tricky to get in or out of depending on direction of travel

Tasty bacon and egg roll, excellent coffee and amazing customer service!!! Of course fuel is more expensive here think of the Rates they pay!!!

This is the BP that all new BP service station workers/owners should be sent to be trained.nnAwesome service every time.
