Went in and asked, “Just number 2, please.” She gives me a half-hearted “yeeenh.” So, I repeat a bit louder, “Just number 2, thanks.” She rings it up and says, “63.74.” I ask, “Can I scan my card?” She points to the scanner, so I tap and hit enter. Then she goes, “Just a sec,” cancels all my rewards which should’ve been about $3.70 and says, “Your rewards are all applied—63.7.”nnPaid and started to leave, but she doesn’t say a word, so I ask, “Can I get a receipt, please?” She checks it, looks a bit worried, and then hands it over.nnTo the manager or owner—please don’t hit me with a generic reply. All the details are in the attached receipt, so maybe check with your staff and cameras. Cheers if you can sort out my $3 reward back. Thanks!
Literally their price per litre was 50c more than all other service stations… never again will i go there as i can’t believe they can get away with this. Even the staff acknowledged they noticed how much more expensive they were. They were literally embarrassed about it
Stood at the counter waiting to order for 5minutes and the three employees ignored me - absolutely no idea how braindead these people have to be to ignore a customer standing in front of them for so long. I walked out obviously
Clean and friendly service. Can be a bit tricky to get in or out of depending on direction of travel
Waited 15 min for the coffee and was served the cold coffee really disappointed with the service.
