Had a wonderful stay at pullman brisbane. Rooms are very spacious. Great service from all the staff. They were all welcoming. You also get coffee from the restaurant downstairs with complementary drink voucher if you have accor status.
No mini bar, not chocolate, not even a biscuit to have with coffee. I want something sweet and there's nothing to have, disappointing for a 'five' star hotel. I feel a bit ripped off.

Very nice hotel. We had a Christmas lunch in their function room. Very well set up with Christmas tree. Nice lunch and fantastic dessert! Loved the air conditioning on the hot day. Valet parked, so easy.
Excellent service, even when I was just there for a conference. Valet service was great. Staff very accommodating to my plastic free choices during difficult COVID requirements
