Great star for a great price. Brianna was the most helpful receptionist ever! She even gave us a late check out and early check in. The room was really spacious with beautiful views of the river the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were also great and empty. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including dishwasher, washer and dryer. It also came with coffee, tea and milk. Lovely stay, just sad we were only there for a day
Wonderful. I arrived in late after a day of flight delays and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The suite was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet - all you could want in a hotel. Beautiful complimentary amenities. Perfect location just a short walk into Queen St Mall. Would definitely stay again!Rooms: 5/5
'Ello chaps! Meriton Suites is Australia's largest apartment developer. Most of their buildings offer spacious suites and sweeping views of the city they're in. Meriton Suites on Herschel Street great location as it is just a short walk from Queen Street Mall and across the bridge from the 7News Ferris Wheel, Streets Beach, and other attractions. If you're coming from the airport, you'll want to take the Air Train from Brisbane Airport about a 20 minute ride and get off at the Roma Street exit. From there it's a very short less than 10 minute walk from the train platform to the hotel lobby. Even with luggage is a quick and simple walk. Infinity Tower as its called is also the tallest building in Brisbane, giving sweeping views of the city. The extra few dollars for the top floor is well worth it. There's nothing like a suite on Floor 70. For early check in, staff is very accommodating, providing a space to change clothes and to leave your bags if your room isn't ready. TIP: If you're an American tourist you love your ice, well no worries because they have an ice machine on property. All you have to do is ask for a few bags of ice. The rooms themselves are fantastic, offering spacious living room and kitchenette space as well as spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and the stewards do a great job at cleaning the rooms. Overall I give Meriton five stars out of five.
Big rooms and amazing views of the river. Location was walking distance to everything. 15 minute Uber ride to the Koalas and right beside the train station, although we didn't use it. We also wanted to mention how great Brianna at the front desk was. We came early and she helped us store our bags and called me when the room was ready. She made us feel very welcome and was a pleasure to be checked in by her!
We love our apartment here, especially if we compare it to all the other accommodation we've had during our holiday! Great size, all the mod cons you could want, can't fault it. Love the washer and dryer supplied, very handy! The king size bed is very comfortable, the shower is great, and the room is very quiet. Easy walk to Southbank and Woolworths Metro is just around the corner for supplies. Reception provide you with a list of restaurants close by, which is helpful. Daily service has been suspended due to low staff numbers, which is happening everywhere these days. We would be happy to stay here again!
Love love Loved Ellie, she needs to come to Melbourne and train people how to serve. She got us bottled water She organized a very good quality bottle of champagne with as special note to be sent up to our room. Totally unexpected Our room was refreshed with New towels and tidied up for us. Coffee, milk, sugar ALL Topped up Fridge very clean and They have all amenities. Clean, comfortable, all the amenities you would want. Spectacular 71st floor view. Convenient location. Took train from airport to Roma Street Station, then walked less than five minutes to apartment. Also covenient to South Bank, Roma Parkland next to Roma Street Station and Queen Street Mall. Booking system is poor in effort. My partner and I booked a room in advance for NYE but they cancelled our booking without notifying us, we travelled from Emerald to be here. Staff was rude and couldn’t explain why our room was cancelled. We received no phone calls, no emails other than the confirmation that our booking was confirmed. Very disappointed in the service considering its supposed to be a luxury resort, you would think the staff would be more appropriately trained and that their booking system would be up to standards but unfortunately not, I will not be considering this place in the future
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the 70th floor. The apartment was lovely, spotless and beds so comfortable. Then the views, amazing. Well worth the money and central to Roma Station, Suncorp 10 minute walk and a nice stroll across the bridge to museum, art centre and great bars. Matt at reception was so welcoming.Rooms: 5/5
Very practical space with views depending on the unit. Having a kitchen, washer/dryer and bathtub is nice for longer stays. Ellie, Wenhao and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Appreciate their level of professionalism.
