Although this place is cheaper than its competitors, one should read what they try and put in front of you carefully. I took them up on their offer of a free truck and driver. Their contract tried to make me liable for not only my goods that are in his care, but I am also liable for any traffic infringements he may incur. They were happy for me to cross these clauses out though.
Doesn't really inspire much trust

A part from the 1 dollar pays the first month, the prices are incredible high. Customer service is really bad. They sell boxes for almost 6 dollars re buy them for 1. Not coming in again.

I have been dealing with these people for over 20 years, first in South Melbourne and since 2008 in Braybrook. They have always been very helpful and friendly.I have just moved my daughter's possessions from one storage unit to another smaller unit and once again the staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you for making a potentially unpleasant task into something much more relaxing and easy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking public storage in Melbourne

Rates are some of the best I could find in the area, great to take advantage of the first month for $1 + online specials on units 
Seems secure, quiet, and easy to access 
Toilets available
Vacating your locker is a bit of a faf around, but otherwise no complaints
