Big Yellow Edmonton, good location, clean and tidy storage solutions. The staff member at the reception was lovely and she was very helpful. In my case, storage need appeared at very last minute and she made things really easy for me. Thanks again!

My experience with Yellow Storage Edmonton was one of absolute delight, the whole experience was accommodating and really geared towards the individuals need, they were transparent, open and honest.  The individual that dealt with me Lakeem was extremely helpful and nothing was to much for him to sort out. Thank you Big Yellow for the amazing support received from you.

The online checkin is thorough and clear. At the Edmonton store check in desk, when we turned up 10 mins before the afternoon cut off time, Chrissy was incredibly helpful, clear and patient during the whole thing and answered all of my questions. Even when I came back with a few more after we had put our stuff in the storage room, Chrissy was happy to assist, professional and very polite. I felt incredibly welcome. Thank you!!!!

I have used a few different companies for storage and saying this branch goes above and beyond with their customer care and service is an understatement. From management of this branch to staff members everyone is extremely kind and helpful. If there is ever an issue they are there to help immediately. Apple and Amazon is known for their customer service, however this branch specifically takes it to the next level redefining customer service experience. Don't believe me? Get a storage unit and experience it at first hand. No brainer here, 5 stars all the way!

Really kind supportive,informative and helpful experience overall  all staff were very transparent with all necessary information,  would highly recommend,  also good value for money considering the quality of the facilities.

Great service, Stephanie & Magda were we helpful when I checked out. I had issues with keeping up payments but the Edmonton branch was helpful and communicated at every stage. Lakeem was awesome when I took out the storage too. 5* service
