This place is a great value for money. I arrived about 15 minutes before the office was closing as I had phoned to alert them of my arrival because I wanted to rent a storage unit with these guys. The staff member was extremely helpful and didn’t appear as though I was being a bother or a nuisance or reminded that it was past closing time or anything. The staff member was glad to show me the different size units on different levels so I could get an idea of which one to pick, and he was also happy to work out an agreement on the monthly price whilst also letting me keep a hat with their company name that was sitting next to their merchandise, which was also excellent, and that consisted of pens with a rubber tip to use with a smart phone and key ring’s with a torch already attached. It’s a fantastic location, value for money, genuine staff and I love the fact that these units can be accessed 24 hours a day and are very safe and secure with cameras, alarms, gates which require your own keycard to enter and exit. I highly recommend if you need a storage unit that you look no further and should choose this place!
Ministering Angel John came to my rescue when airtaskers failed to show up for the job. John worked like a trojan to help me unpack and repack my unit at the storage facility so that I could locate one item ... which was buried under many others! I cannot thank John enough for volunteering his services and goodwill to help me out at the Yarraville storage facility. Outstanding customer service and professional expertise. The only beautiful storage I have known since my 6 years in Australia, very neat, tidy and easily accessible. Customer service always great, the 24 hour service comes to add up. Moved from West to South East and from South East back to the West. You guys are awesome, keep up the great work.
