Although the storage facility itself is clean and tidy. After being accidentally locked inside tonight, the woman that was called on their after hours number was rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and completely unprofessional. The way in which she spoke was revolting and I would hope that National Storage either retrains her in correct customer service or ceases her employment with them. Because the entire business has been fantastic until I had to deal with her. Once I move my belongings from the facility I will be seeking another company to entrust my personal items with, as the manner in which she behaved tonight was more than enough to not want to use the company again in the future.

The space is clean and accessible. Its the staff that set this place apart though; all friendly and eager to help.

Fab storage facility. Staff are efficient and friendly. Always plenty of parking, trollys and room. Would definateluy recommend it.
