Had a very positive experience booking in and arranging my storage unit and had all questions answered a few months back. Upon returning sans keys, the staff were incredibly sympathetic, accommodating, and helpful in resolving my predicament. V easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and would 100% recommend this facility based on staff, safety, and security!

5 Star customer service, 5 Star convenience, 5 Star professionalism. I can't recommend Fort Knox Self Storage enough!! Everyone was so friendly and patient and always responded to my queries promptly. The facility is really clean and secure, and the trolleys are a great size, and the moving van is an excellent idea!! If I needed a storage unit again I wouldn't go anywhere else! Keep up the good work everyone.

The ladies who work there are the most polite, respectful and knowledgeable people. The place is very convenient and close from Southern Cross Station. Prices per month cost half the price per week for a locker at southern cross half that size.. I recommend this place to anyone 100%

Booked in to move in a storage unit this upcoming weekend and already experiencing top notch service. Thank you Rosemary for you help so far and for the use of the courtesy move in van! What a bonus and great way to save money.
