I was one of those annoying customers who came in last minute I do not recommend, do not be me but 2 very lovely ladies, one with light hair and another with dark, were so kind as to let me grab a watch for my partner! Right on the door closing! I work a 9-5 so it’s not always easy to shop when I need to so I thank them so tremendously for their service! They were kind and quick and so generous to me and I promised a shining review. The epitome of customer service! Great job
Terrible service. A few of the attendants act as if you are an inconvenience when browsing. No customer service skills, unfriendly and grumpy. I've had attendants place their 'extra stock' boxes on the glass bench over where I was looking. Glad to see some new faces in there lately though. They are happy to help you select items to purchase.
