I like how you guys are so stringent with checking for ID’s! You never know when some scruffy punk in a beige flasher coat is going to stroll through the door, pick up a couple of six packs of Irish champagne, and demand to buy them without presenting ID! So what he has mutton chops? So what he is probably taller than the two-bit teenage staff member you are exploiting at the register! Please never waver from your position of piety and dominance! Can’t tell a 30 year old from a child!
Great range, reasonable prices. I do still have trouble finding a wine I want on the shelves. The staff are helpful though.
Horrible I purchased 6 bottles of liquor and was asked if I would like a box which was great, it wasn’t until I got home 30 minutes away that I realised I was missing a bottle of $60 whiskey, I thought fair enough mistakes happen. However, in trying to contact the store I was directed to a website which could not help, with no way to contact the store, as such I have to drive back there to collect the item.nSome customers service would be appreciated.
Had a new guy today,6/12/22 very pleasant and easy to deal with, had his first gift card he had not yet done, rather than pretend he knew what he was doing he got help straight away, I take it she was either a Supervisor or Manager, came up and first thing she did was greet me, then proceeded to show him how to do it.... I must admit I was impressed as most old staff don't have the patience to show new staff how things are done. so well done to both of you n thankyou, great customer service at its best...
One bloke who works there can't tell a 30 year old from a child. Concerning.
