The staff at Harvey Norman Wonthaggi were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist. The franchise owner took the time to really drill down to the issue to help find the best product for my needs. Caleb then took over and was absolutely fantastic - highly knowledgeable, professional and genuinely keen to help. I can’t thank you all enough for taking the time to provide such great service. It’s rare these days and truly appreciated. Highly recommend the team!
Dale was helpful and super friendly over the phone, as a business Harvey Norman could do with some process improvements with order tracking. The staff must deal with a couple of computer systems to look up orders which can complicate matters. This business came across as slightly disorganised and what the sales staff communicates does not coincide with what happens with the delivery staff. This review is intended as constructive criticism and a nudge for improvement.nFIVE STARS to Brendan the delivery guy working on his own for his friendliness, positive attitude and getting the job done. I would give him a pay rise if I owned the business.
I bought a fridge from Harvey Norman Wonthaggi. Met an excellent sales person. Purchase was simple and well priced and the delivery and install was well coordinated.
A friend needed a fridge urgently and after a few minor hiccups, it got delivered. Thank you to all the staff at Wonthaggi Harvey Norman from their administration staff, to their warehouse staff and their delivery guys. You are all absolutely awesome. Thankyou all for a great job.
Caleb was amazing, and gave me the best service. Went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. So knowledgeable with all things technology. I will be recommending him to everyone! They are lucky to have him!
