Why has this store lost one of it advantages to other store in town ONE THING customer service. There is no customer service in this store which had a great name in the area for customer service and good at the right price. If there has been a change of management the company has lost one of the best managers who was only to please to provide great service his customer service was reflected in the other staff members. Now it is a joke to walk into this store and have no one approach you and ask the one question CAN I BE OF ASSISTANCE. The shop looks empty and not wanting to sell you product

(Some of) the employees aren't very helpful and take advantage of you as a buyer. Asked for my item to be replaced only to wait Almost 3 weeks for my item that was sitting in a room (in their shop). It was NEVER put on the replacement list (after they took it off me and gave me their word it was going to be replaced) but was wrapped up as if it were Brand new.

I like Harvey Norman. Not that i go there very often but the team there are decent & friendly.

We have just had delivered a new washing machine - there was a slight hiccup as the dimensions indicated were incorrect and the machine delivered would not fit - being the Friday before the Xmas break and living on Phillip Island one would have thought that was it, however Jason leapt to the fore and not only was a changeover carried out but the Store Manager (name unknown) unpacked the machine and installed it ... we were very impressed and thank you Harvey Norman at wonthaggi Harley and Jenni Boyle

Generally good service and happy to help out when needed. Can identify your needs reasonably well and help you find the best product or service. Not as cheap as come stores closer to the city, but for a local business I feel it's important to support them!
