Cheap but good service

Worst experience. Bought a titanium ring at Christmas time. The black band that is plastic came off the other day. Went into the store on 19th Feb 17. The rude boss said without the receipt she can do nothing. When we found the proof of purchase she just said nothing she can do as it's normal wear and tear. Not even two months old. What was the point of us searching for the receipt when she had no plans to offer proper customer service. I do not recommend this store. The younger sales assistant was very pleasant though.
