Reviews

Service was average they have very short tempers and didn’t know how to explain themselves properly. When getting my ring back from getting it resized there was a note saying that the ring was rejected so I have no idea what happened there... over all didn’t enjoy my experience but eventually got a nice ring out of it.

Nicole was fantastic! Not only did she remember our name, but she took the time to inquire about our family. We originally bought a ring from this store two years ago, and even then we found that we were appreciated as customers. We recently took our ring to be cleaned and Nicole took the time to look up our information and, rather than charge us, she let us know that we could get the ring restored for free! As the customer service was so incredible we decided to buy additional jewelry from Nicole. This was a fine example of how a store like this should be run. If only everywhere made you feel so appreciated!
