Come in on Sunday and got served right away from Ella, her customer service towards me was fantastic, able to purchase a nice men's ring. Thank you ella!
Really friendly service. They helped me pick out a few pairs of earrings. I checked out the other jewellery stores in the centre and decided to purchase from here. Very happy and will be a returning customer.
Walked in and wasn’t greeted. We were the only customers in store and stood waiting to be served for 5mins while 3 staff ignored us.
Wouldnt even give them a start. I asked for a proof of purchase as I bought diamond earrings and they are refusing to give me one, any other jeweller in townsville would be more then happy to give a proof of purchase as they are real diamonds. Further more they want me to pay to get my jewellery evaluated when they havent even left the store yet as they are brand new almost every other jeweller does it for free especially when you have just spent $1000 in store, they are a complete rip off and I will not ever go back.
Worse shop in whole townsville
I have always purchased my jewellery from prouds but experience the rudest customer service today. Will not be returning
