Really disappointed with the level of attendance to customers by the staff here. I went in to purchase some cheaper earrings as a gift, due to my tight budget. After walking around the display cases twice, one of the staff came over. When I asked for the cheaper earrings, and enquired about price, her reaction was all over her face. She looked pretty disgusted with my question. Really disappointed with their level of interest in trying to help customers with their budget. Total lack of interest in me, seemed to be judging from the start, and had a terrible attitude. I will not return here and it's certainly not one to be recommended, unless you are willing to spend money!

Have rated 1 star but would have been 0 if I could have. Third visit to Loloma Castletown to pick up my watch, couldnt find it the first time, said it was sent away, each visit my phone number was checked (obviously not correctly). Now apparently there is nothing wrong with my watch? Throughout all this not once did the staff say sorry for the muckup, they just continued to say "ok" and "have a nice day". They are the only place inTownscille able to fix my watch but will drive to Cairns in future.
