Brought a singlet ring for my daughter's birthday it was resized for extra $50 For their jeweller to do, only lasted 2 month's and broke at the spot he worked On.  Took back for refund only to get the price of ring not the $50 for bad workmanship as was told they had paid him that.  Don't really agree I wear The cost for someone's bad job.

I walked in with a 9ct Ruby pendant ready to cash it in or make a swap and they told me it wasn’t a real gem after the young man took a 5 second glance and would offer me $10! Went to another pawn shop and they confirmed it was real as I knew and gave me a good price for it. Not the first bad experience with this specific pawn shop!

One of the best experiences of great customer service we have had in Townsville. Amazing staff who genuinely care about helping. Jewellery products are amazing and the selection and pricing is excellent. Will recommend to anyone looking for that special gift.

I had been  to cash counter service is very good but I was surprised  to see a chain  from Michael Hill and the cash counter  the price was same .p I heard that cash counter  are always  cheaper .

My girlfriend and I walked in looking for a phone and were immediately approached by the friendly Josh. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, gave us options and a lot of his time making sure we felt comfortable with our choice. We've walked away with a beautiful Samsung 8, a charger pack and a renewed sensehope of hope for top notch customer service. Cheers Josh!
