Getting married engaged or just looking for a gift this is the place to visit. They have everything that is beautiful and expensive but also reasonably priced. From silver to gold and rubies to diamonds. Everything beautiful here. The staff were only to happy to chat with us with no pressure to buy. They run a nice clean shop here. Would recommend this store for a visit. Cheers big ears
If I could give Michael Hill Willows zero stars I would! The manager is the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Told a delivery time when ordering an item which we were happy with. Ring several weeks later to see if the item was on time for delivery to be told by this so called sales professional manager that we were not told that delivery time! Advised her we both heard the same thing and it was definately NOT the 3 months she was telling us we were told! She was not there so how would she know what was said. Way to go call us liars! Ring weeks later to check if the expected delivery date was still relevant to be told by another store employee that she would email the supplier to check and she would call me back. Look out rude manager rings and demands to know why I rang the store!  Apparently it is not acceptable for customers to ring and ask about the item they have ordered! Absolute rudeness to the max. If you want to be lied to and deal with the rudest person in retail feel free to shop at Michael Hill Willows. Ask for the manager she has a degree in rudeness. Do yourself a favour go to Wallace Bishop instead.
The two lovely ladies who were working yesterday the 7th of December were absolutely outstanding. The service they provided me with was truly amazing, I had an issue with my engagement ring, they were so understanding and worked hard by gaining management approval to have it replaced. I walked out the same day with a new ring. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Highly recommend this store.
Absolutely loved the service I received on Monday from one lady and two other younger girls. The oldest lady was extremely helpful in helping me with prices and suggesting the best combinations for a gift I was buying. And the two younger girls assisting her made me feel really comfortable and not nervous. I'd also like to note I loved their scrunchies they made, shame they don't sell them.
Dan is rude, condescending and arrogant, avoid him and this store at all costs. They won't honour returns either. Go next door to Angus and Robertson or Wallace Bishop.
Kristy approached us in a friendly manner and was very knowledgeable. After consultation with her manager I received the price I was looking to pay for my Xmas gift. Would recommend Michael Hill to family and friends.
Girls always Friendly .Lots of smiles with excellent service .Leave you to wander round and enjoy yourself .
