Gemma has such a vibrant smile and is a joy to talk to.
The duty manager need more training on customer relationship. Ur staffs are far better than you madam.
The stockland one They were extremely rude then refused to give me a refund even when I was intitled to one so their area manager had to step in and give me it a day later even then when receiving the refund they were even more rude will never go back to that store ever
