I found this a lovely shop to visit and very helpful. I needed a sentimental watch repaired and I was quoted a price 1/5 of another business. The person I spoke to was lovely to deal with and gave me great advice. The watchmaker did a wonderful job on my watch replace glass, adjust watch speed, clean and polish. He did not try to up sell me for services I didn’t need. All in All a wonderful experience at Prouds the Jewellers, Capalaba Central.
They have a few great specials, the customer service is really good. I received alot of help a must go to
Extremely disappointed! I bough a ~250AUD ring as a birthday present for my wife and they didn't have the correct size. The saleswoman ensured me that my wife could bring the ring there to be resized without charges. When my wife brought the ring in they've tried to charge 80AUD to resize it! She then tried to return the ring, asking for a refund; to which they didn't want to do it, saying it was "change of mind". After a fight with the manager she was refunded, but has no present now. :- Well done Prouds, you've just lost a customer!
I had ever intention of buying ear rings but your staff was rude to me so I left and will never spend a cent at a your store.
Elegant jewellery for the lovers of gold,silver and stainless steel rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings. Wheelchair friendly inside a lovely shopping complex.
Team member was most helpful. Great specials too
If you are going to be temporarily closed make it apparent on your website to save people like me a trip to the shop for nothing
