I had a lovely experience at this store. The lady who helped me was so welcoming the second I walked into the store and was so willing to help me find what I was looking for. She went out of her way to help me find the perfect earrings and made me feel so comfortable. She was so gentle and not pushy at all which I really appreciated . I left with some beautiful jewellery and just had an amazing experience. Thankyou so much
Went in to the Kardinya store. Staff are amazing. Will be definitely shopping with them again. Highly recommend them. Obviously there staff are asset to there success
I just received the most excellent customer service from Carmella at the Prouds store in Kardinya. I was so impressed with her professionalism and honest advice. Thank you Carmella for your wonderful assistance in helping me pick out my friend's 50th birthday present!
For a one star shopping and service experience, look no further. Rude and unhelpful from the minute we walked in. Went to Prouds at Bull Creek and bought a better watch, cheaper, and from a lovely, pleasant young lady.
I have been going to this prouds shop for 11 years now and the Manager and her staff are excellent with customer service.
I HAVE ONLY SHOPPED AT PROUDS JEWELLER'S IN KARDINYA FOR OVER 6 YEARS. I WON'T SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE. THEIR SERVICE WITH A SMILE IS 5. STARS.
