Always stop in for a look around. Picked up a lovely Tissot on sale. Awesome staff who go out of their way to help.
Paid $78 for a replacement battery. Received a phone call a week later to say it would cost $660 as the crown had to be replaced and it had corrosion. When I asked for a refund of the initial $78 I was offered a gift card to spend in store, which I declined and finally received the refund. I have since taken the watch to another jeweller who replaced the now non existent battery for $25 and advised there was no corrosion and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the crown. Never again will we set foot in your store.
I am completely unsatisfied with this Wallace bishops. I bought two victorinox Swiss army watches for me and my wife from that shop with 3 years Warrenty. Now, my watch crown has damaged and went back to Wallace bishop to fix. I got a call and they said, that part is not under cover warrenty and if I want to fix 100%it cost more than $600. I paid almost $1500 for both watches and now I have to pay more than $600 to fix. So , I am completely unhappy costumer and I would say please do not trust about warrenty sort of stuff.
A simple $78 battery replacement turned into an 8 week saga. 3 weeks after putting it in I got a text to say my watch was ready, so i went in and was handed someone elses watch. At first the lady didn't believe me that it wasn't my watch as the photo on their system matched the one handed to me, however the description was accurate to my watch thank goodness. They found my watch still in the draw and said they'd put in asap. Several more weeks past. No phone calls or updates, so i started calling. The store said they were waiting on parts for it, and that was the hold up. After phoning wallace bishop cental office the watch was ready the following day. My wife went into collect and they attempted to charge her $78 again! She had to show the reciept on her credit card bill for where it was paid for. Need I say more.
Went to buy a silver anniversary present for my wife. I was served by Marian. Her professionalism, knowledge and friendly customer service was the best I’ve seen in a long time. I will be back to see Marian at Christmas.
Have had happy service any time I've been "tyre kicking", "killing time" or "even buying" at Wally B's which I do a bit of while waiting for something somewhere. The huggie earrings weren't soldered evenly I found when I got home with them. When in town next they were returned & the problem is being resolved. Some people need to chill a bit, & as for the battery complainer,...... innocent mistakes happen, take a chill pill. Yes, batteries in watches can be dear!
Maddy at grand Central was the best customer service I have received in a long time. I needed my partner's ring resized and she made the process so easy!
Marian and Peter are absolute gems Colour D and Clarity FL, they did everything to help out with our wedding rings. Highly recommend their service!!
Was suppose to purchase a watch, I asked if I could see Tag Heuer watches on display.. guy looked at me told me that those are expensive watches and ranges from $2k and up.. and if I would still like to see them..I said yes but he told me to wait for someone to assist me but no one came
