Had the best experience here! The girls were so kind and knowledgeable! Extremely clean! And very gentle when piercing! I had my nose and septum done at the same time and it was great! We had my daughter’s ears pierced as a birthday present. The operators Emma and Lauren were amazing, they catered for my daughter’s sensory needs and talked her through every step. It was a really special and exciting experience for her and the bravery certificate topped it off at the end! It has been a great experience, from talking to the call centre staff who explained how ears are now pierced to booking online and the appointment itself. We will definitely use SkinKandy again when our next child wants their ears pierced.
Got pretty much all of my piercings at Skin Kandy Toowoomba and couldn’t rave enough about how amazing literally everyone is there and how easy they make everything. Special shout out to Loren I believe it is for doing my most recent septum piercing, she made me feel safe, calm and I was extremely well taken care of by her. You guys are the most incredible and beautiful people, professional, always clean and tidy and up for a chat and I have never had a single problem with any of my piercings, never going anywhere else, trust you guys 100% and will always recommend you to everyone and anyone who asks!! Really lovely and friendly staff, came here to get my first piercings done as an adult since I had my ears done when I was a little girl, it was a great experience. Gentle and sympathetic when piercing, thorough when explaining after-care procedures. My experience here makes me consider getting more piercings in the future.
Booked online and my booking time had to be change which was cool. Rocked up at store for appointment and everything was sweet and worked out well. Recently had my eyebrow done at the ippy store and it fell out. Let the piercer know Emma and she was straight onto it for me and was able to redo my brow and my other piercing at the same time and for a good price. The staff are just easygoing there too. Deffs recommend anyone to this store

During my ear piercing in mid-November, I was absolutely stunned by how polite and professional the staff were. Unfortunately, my new piercings had to come out this morning as I had a job interview. THAT WAS A MISTAKE After struggling for hours to get them back in my ears, I gave up and went to Grand Central for assistance. Within minutes, my problem was solved. Very smooth process, and they did a great job keeping my six year old calm, particularly for the second needle. Pretty impressive, because it was not a comfortable process for me as an adult.
