Have been coming here for 18months since moving to the area. Had been getting good service. Today I felt was a little different, and after looking for a sapphire ring and not really seeing something i wanted to buy the sales lady said: "Why dont you go to Goldmark?". I took it as a possible passive aggressive insult - however after looking at Goldmark's online selection and liking a number of items, i think i might be taking my business there from now on. Thanks for the tip.
