Absolutely wonderful experience. Jennifer said that she would have a stone delivered into the store on the same day as another store told me they would do the same.. after having my engagement ring made at Michael Hill, I’m still waiting for the other store to call me back.. Not only did they assist in helping me choose a setting that I’m estatic about, they had it all made within 2 weeks! Right before Christmas :) I did a lot of research on the stone and they’re competitive! The initiative that the staff have to get the job done was just fantastic and I’m totally wrapped! I will definitely purchase from MH again!

Absolutely disgraceful. Completely dishonest staff who acted without authority. Be prepared to be hassled, pressured, signed up to mailing lists you didn't approve of and have your financial details used without permission.

As far a jewelley stores go, its all the same. Everything is shiny, the staff are helpful but ultimately after a sale. Careful on that Refund policy.

Terrible experience, no service whatsoever. Then when I rang the store back they didn't want to talk to me either and before even having a look for what I was trying to find they just told me to ring a different jeweller.

We called ahead to see if we could book a time to get a ring re-sized and were told to come in. we made the trip in and were then told they dont even want to look at the ring if it was not purchased from there. Little do they know we were also looking to purchase a solid gold necklace whilst we were there. The staff were rude and stuck up. I will NEVER purchase anything from a Michael Hill store. Pathetic.
