Every time I go into this shop I get service second to none! A beautiful woman who works there is so charming and helpful. I was served by Aileen at Oroton DFO Brisbane ... what a pleasurable experience I had! Aileen was very professional and extremely helpful. The first time we made contact was when she was paying my daughter a compliment for the vintage Guess handbag she had, then when I questioned about the discount available with the sale, the calculator was whipped out and nothing was a problem, she was straight onto it. Aileen worked out several calculations with my desired purchases, even offering alternate options. Then came the green dress, it was amazing, as straight up I was informed about the size and provided with options and was well communicated about how each of the sizes looked on me. She was super helpful and nothing was a problem. Extremely friendly service whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism. It was a highlight to my day today shopping at Oroton DFO Brisbane. Aileen is a keeper for Oroton DFO Brisbane!
On new years eve, I was served by the lovely Kerry thereafter Garth. Super helpful, friendly and greatly appreciated Kerry's advice with work bags. I didnt feel profiled as i was dressed 'casual' persay and not feeling judged.Thanks a bunch guys happy 2024!
Great selection of Oroton products in store for great prices. I was helped my a very attentive staff member who was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me find the perfect items.
Staff very helpful with the correct product I received excellent assistance from Alla in purchasing a wallet.
Bought a few things from here today. Not one staff member acknowledged me. All the staff just stood there and looked “busy”. I felt judged. When buying from Oroton this wasn’t my first purchase from here. I didn’t get asked for my membership etc. felt like I was a burden in the store. All stuff was very friendly to other customers and helpful to them. Customer service was very awful and wouldn’t recommend shopping here. If stuff are judging their customers then don’t work for the brand and end of the day you need customer to pay for you’re service and business!
Took my mum here as she was looking for a new handbag, she loves this brand. There were 5 sales assistants, but all doing their own thing not really assisting. But mum was just looking and kinda knew what she wanted. Store was clean and products presently nicely Went to the counter and they grabbed 2 new stock items from the back. Paid and went on our merry way They had a special on with buy 1 get 2nd item half price
Beautiful store layout and excellent customer service. Garth was beyond helpful when helping me find a bag. He was so patient, funny and genuinely cared about me and finding me the perfect "adult" bag I was told about the current store promotion which actually worked out at a better price, plus I got a beautiful wallet! Thank you again Garth and the team at Brisbane DFO!
Amazing staff. Were only too happy to help find amazing presents for Chrissy. Thank you to the staff member who gave us little gift bags to hang on the tree, we did exactly that. It was a very Oroton chrissy and we loved every moment!!
Been into this oroton shop twice within the one weekend. Both times there’s has been 2-3 staff members talking behind the counter with no customers. And both times I have been trying bags on and not once did I get acknowledged or looked at. Both times with intentions to purchase but instead spending my money else wear. Not hard to give semi decent customer service when it’s in the only person instore.
