I had a lovely experience with Nadia today. As soon as I walked into the store she was super attentive and very helpful with recommending colours and styles that would suit me. She went above and beyond to find me a set I loved and even made sure to check the sizing on me which I really appreciated. All in all, she is amazing at what she does and I definitely will be back to buy more cute workout sets. Thank you for being an absolute gem Nadia!

3 of the sales people; Nadia and 2 others whose names I have forgotten sorry! Were absolutely brilliant in finding me the right gear.  They fitted my bra and got me styles of tops and bottoms that I loved! Excellent customer service!

I went in shopping for my birthday and the ladies were so helpful and friendly and made everyone of their customers feel important. I was inspired to visit them again 2 days later and shop again. The Manager Emma was so amazing and I would 10/10 recommend as it was such a stand out shopping experience.

Customer service can be a little hit and miss at times and I feel compelled to share my positive experience with this store. All staff that I conversed with were lovely and very helpful. A special mention to Emma who genuinely was interested in having a conversation whilst I waited for my wife in the change room. She was very efficient and a lovely person to talk to

Lovely young lady was extremely helpful during my visit on Thursday May 26. She assisted me with workout shorts with pockets, and encouraged me to go down a size from what I was used to. Enduring my first run in these today, I am so grateful for her assistance as I am more comfortable running in these than in my previous ones than I have been in months. Very bad customer service. It was going to be 5:55pm while I was in the shop looking for a t-shirt and when I wanted to try it on they told me that wasn't possible because they were going to close. Very lazy staff. They didn't help me in any moment.

Highly recommend Rockwear DFO Brisbane and in particular an SA called Emma. Emma was so accomodating and helpful in helping me to find the right activewear. Finding sizes for me, styles etc was absolutely no problem and I’ve left with lots of new lovely pieces!!! She really took the time to work with me and my needs and it was honestly a wonderful shopping experience. :

I walked out of DFO super happy with a new activewear outfit, at a fraction of the expected price and in a fun matching print. Special shout out to Michelle for patiently helping me find everything I was after and making my experience extra fun. I will be running in style now! Looking forward to coming back for more on my next retail therapy day!

This is the first time I needed to buy the sport wears since I want to join the gym. Hence, I am so reluctant and obligated to ask the staff to help meI have no idea how to buy these things!. Tania, helped me through like she's my mama hen!!! Guiding step by step of how to wear, buy, and adjust! She said, "We will not stop until I can find the right bra for you!". She made me feel so ease and relax in this entirely experience! Couldn't thank her enough, from both her customer service and her kind heart. I live in Sunshine Coast but I will definitely come back here, just to purchase this for sure!!! Rockwear is quite lucky to have her as one of their team member!!!!
