There were two guys in the store like talking to each other more than serving customers!! The shorter blond guy checked if I need any assistance and I asked for particular style of suit. But he didn't have any knowledge about the stocks and could not assist at all. Such a waste of money for good brands to hire pretty faces who cannot serve customers!

Not open at 9am despite this and the website saying it is. No opening hours in voicemail. Drove out here especially to get a shirt because the internet says ‘open’ everywhere.

Had a friendly and accommodating experience with George and David at the M.J. Bale DFO Store. Their in-depth knowledge and high quality customer service gave me confidence in the product. Will make sure I head in on a Monday next time just to make sure I can receive advice from George and David. Thanks again guys!

Having visited the Brisbane store in September for a wedding fitting and the DFO Store in Brisbane on the weekend, I have found the team very helpful and very comforting on every occasion across two stores. I have to make a special thank you to the new DFO store manager who stayed back after hours to help. He was very upfront and honest on what he thought looked best and also helped me sort out suits, shirts and alterations for 4 men in 4 states. If you are looking at purchasing suits for your wedding it is my strong recommendation that you consider this store. This is a true example of old fashion service with a good quality product!
