A few months ago I just happened to be in the shopping centre as my partner had got a good deal at his wedding ring at Costco. Walked by to have a look. Found a ring. She was amazed at my engagement ring. Help me find the right white gold ring and explained how lower the kt of gold the stronger it is as mine was 18kt white gold. She was even able to find one the right width but was to big. But she noticed how I had been loosing weight. I ended up purchasing and getting a discount and got the insurance for free replating and even made sure that when I take it innto get resized it was for free as she put it through it was something different. She will have my engagement ring replated as it was done horribly when I had it resized and even is doing my partners wedding ring and not charging a hand and foot as his is 18kt yellow and white. I don't no what her name is... she is blond and laughs a lot and the best and wasn't forceful selling as the other 3 jewellery shops were asking for down payment before I even picked out They are the best.. look out for this lady. It was on a weekend

I was gifted a Michael Hill watch, when the battery stopped I took it in to be replaced, they did this at no cost to me. A few months later the strap broke, I enquirerd about a new one, Mark said it would be about a week to get, I said fine, Mark phoned 2 days later to say it had arrived and was ready to pick up. The next day I picked it up, again it was no cost to me. Overall, great customer service from all the team.
