Have frequented the best cafes in Melbourne for years, Pilgrim serves the best coffee of about 4 decent coffee focused cafes in Hobart. I enjoy the "grab and go" nature of the new, revamped cafe. 10/10 I'm back to being a regular.
If you are looking for an accessible location for fantastic coffee in Hobart, Pilgrim offers that. Their coffee was exceptional and the cafe itself was beautiful.
Honestly this place produces some of the best coffee in Australia. The team here have put in alot of work into the shop and you won't be disappointed in their coffee and pies. They are unreal.
I'm saying best coffee in Hobart! Pastries are yum too. So glad they're back after the fire a few years back.
Food was great but it took forever to come. It was a public holiday and I appreciate them being open but it wasn't crowded enough to justify the wait. Staff were helpful and chat with us about the menu. I recommend anything with the poached eggs, they were runny perfection. Coffee was excellent.
The coffee here is exceptional, and the food is excellent as well. We split eggs on toast with bacon and the American Cheesesteak Sliders, and it was all really tasty. One of the best breakfast eateries in Hobart.
Food was okay but service was extremely slow almost an hour. Other customers were leaving before being served.
