We purchased our home in Pt Chev through Lawrence and the team at Professionals 10 years ago. Since then, we have had ongoing contact with Lawrence, and once again, the Professionals Team, has helped us sell our beautiful home within just a few days!!! Selling a house is a very stressful process as a house is your home, security and memories.  Real estate agents generally do not have a good reputation and normally only operate for themselves (and clients if that works for them).  With the team at Professionals Pt. Chev the whole process was different to any selling experience I have had before.  They took the time to get understand my needs, saw the house as a home and worked really hard to get the place sold.  Communication was excellent from all the agents in the team with direct feed back when needed.  I trusted that the advice given by Professionals because of their local expertise and experience but fundamentally because they had a collective attitude towards selling.  At the end of the negotiation, I think that both we, the sellers and the buyers felt we had a win - everyone happy.  I would really recommend using Professionals as your agent as they want to sell your house and build a long standing relationship for the future.  Thanks everyone for your huge effort - it was appreciated.

Ross, Lawrence and their team dominate the market in point chevalier. I have dealt with the team many times.
They are attentive at open homes and have a growing reputation. They have been very responsive to me in various requests. I like their approach and direct style.
