If you are purchasing an apartment built by this company be advised that they have appalling followup maintenance and service. Their staff are rude and obnoxious and will do everything to avoid fixing defects in the building following the purchaser inspection. They construct things cheaply and the finish is very poor quality. Use this company at your own peril!!
