Commissioned them for a multi-apartment development as they seemed to be a diligent and professional team. Little did i know it was a front as i was eventually passed on to their underqualified "director" richard which knows just as much about construction as my french bulldog. Following frequent site visits and chatting to their subcontractors i soon learn that they have a habit of holding money on their tradesmen and in many cases, not paying agreed upon amounts in full using corporate standover tactics. When you have unpaid men on site, you end up with a horrible end result in quality. This in the end tarnished my profits as selling the apartments became incredibly difficult. Deal with them at your own risk.
