I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I was clear when I first contacted them that the job may have it’s challenges. I explained the parameters and provided building plans. It was 15 days before an AC contractor was able to visit the property to make an assessment. After a couple of minutes he said to me ‘Thanks but no’. He hadn’t bothered to read the email or look at plans (that were requested from me). After I questioned why he needed to visit the property to make the same decision he would have based on the information I had supplied, he made a remark that it costs them time and money to send him out and I should be grateful for the free service... I had to take the morning off work to meet him. What's most frustrating is that it all could have been avoided if he had spent 5 minutes looking over the information provided.
