Prime Real Estate commenced operations in Geelong in 2006 as a boutique residential sales agency and is proudly a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV). Prime commenced a Property Management department in 2008 which services an increasing number of landlords and property investors.

The Director, Gina Popowicz, is a very well respected Licensed Estate Agent and a licensed member of the REIV with approximately 15 years of experience in the real estate market.

Due to increasing demand for their quality of service in both Sales and Property Management, Prime continues to thrive and is looking at opportunities to further expand its operations.

BEST EXPERIENCE I’VE HAD!! Would definitely recommend Prime Real Estate as your first stop. As a landlord of several properties with Prime RE, I have never had any issues with any of my properties. The process is very smooth and quick. I have had previous dealings with other agencies, and Prime RE is by the most efficient and caring agency.

DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS AGENCY! They do not care about tenants or tenants rights. Even if you are a perfect tenant that pays rent on time every week & asks for the bare minimum in maintenance requests(which took ages to action anyway), they will still walk all over you any chance they get. Especially if you decide to end your tenancy. 
We mainly dealt with Ogre, I mean Olga, and she basically tried to use her ‘Authority’ as a property manger to bully us any chance she got. I had stress less from work because of they way she spoke to me & treated us. Nothing but an unprossional, money hungry cow. 
So so glad we never have to deal with this agency again! ✌🏼

As a tenant of Prime Real Estate, I’m unsure why they have recieved bad reviews. Every time I contact Prime or go into the office, my issues are always resolved as soon as practicable. I especially love to deal with Amber, she is very patient and caring when dealing with any issues. Thankyou team at Prime!

Prime Real Estate did a wonderful job helping my elderly mother sell her home for a great price. Gina was patient and supportive whilst totally professional throughout the entire process.
I am grateful to Prime Real Estate and especially to Gina for a job well done.
