f I could give you guys -10 stars I would..

78 shannon Avenue geelong west was sold with the impression that the entire land within the fence is what u are selling. When my parents went to subdivide the house they were informed that a section of the back yard is not part of the land they have paid and own... but you have gone and falsely advertised that section as part of the property and sold it. Costed my parents thousands putting that section of the back yard into their name and part of their property. Something you need to inform your buyers. But you didnt.. not on ur website (which u have clearly outlined in red as it being part of the property) not at time of inspection and not at time of auction. You guys had no clue. Dont sell something that u dont know what you're selling. You have wasted so much time and caused so much stress on my family trying to solve this issue that you have caused. They buy houses renovate and rebuild, you have no idea how much trouble you have caused by wasting so much of their time, and in the long run their money, as they would have already been on their way of subdividing and prices have increased now. + they had to pay for something they thought they already owned, no thanks to you. 

I just wanted to publicize how dodgy your company is. Unless you are going to compensate and pay for it then i dont want to hear back from you. Disgusting people, I am so shoked.

From a buyers perspective we were very pleased with our dealings through Barry Plant and more specifically agent Sonya Kurul. She was fantastic at keeping us up to date throughout the process of buying our first home and always kept us in the loop taking time from her day to call and check in with us prior to settlement. She made us feel less daunted by the prospect of buying a house and explained everything very clearly.

First time selling my home I was quite nervous but working alongside Sonya Kurul I really can’t say enough good things about her. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, approachable, personable and incredibly generous with her time (much of it was outside of office hours). Would not hesitate to work with her again in the future!
