I would like to take the time to acknowledge the outstanding service received from Stephanie Fiorelli at McGrath, Geelong. She is our main point of contact at the agency and is an exceptionally efficient and professional operator. She replies very promptly to emails / phone calls and is always helpful, efficient and courteous. Stephanie is very sharp and knowledgeable and we feel very blessed that she is primarily in charge of our West Geelong investment property. We appreciate all of her fine work. Thank you Stephanie!

I just wanted to express how happy myself and Nick have been with Lisa & Hayley. Nick and I have been on the hunt for a rental property for the last couple of weeks, and hoping to find a place we call our home. Being the first time out of home and first time renters, we knew were in for a long line of rejection. Lisa helped us with a property in Belmont - which we were unfortunately unsuccessful for - however, with constant communication throughout the process and even after another application was selected, she stayed determined to help us. Through daily contact, she suggested a place in Hamlyn Heights - which was a little bit further away than we wanted - but she assured us that it wouldn’t disappoint. This led us to the lovely Hayley. She not only got our application to the landlord the same day as viewing it, but was able to get an answer from the landlord within 24hrs. Lisa and Hayley have been nothing short of amazing, and after working in property management myself, it’s nice to know that there are still people like these two in the industry that are willing to go above and beyond. This is a very thankless job, so we wanted to say thank you to Lisa and Hayley for their help within the last couple of weeks. We look forward to our next journey with McGrath Real Estate. Over the last few months whilst house hunting and planning our move to Geelong, we’ve come into contact with different agents, leasing consultants and property managers at inspections, over the phone and via email. No one has been as personable and responsive as the team at McGrath. Interestingly enough, I read many positive reviews about McGrath Geelong and I can honestly see what all the fuss is about. We have managed to find a lovely property in the area we were hoping for, in the time we needed it, and a massive THANK YOU goes to Lisa Dragicevic for being the catalyst and supporting us in this entire process. Lisa has been warm, professional, efficient, and honest - she has followed up on tasks she says she will do, despite how busy she is. Lisa went above and beyond the call of duty by contacting us and talking through our options - she listened to what we were hoping for with the time constraints we were working with and kept us updated with various listings and possibilities. I’ve genuinely been moved by her generosity both in person and on the phone. Sometimes the world of real estate can be overwhelming and competitive but it’s been reassuring to be looked after by Lisa. I’ve never written a google review but this needed to be said. Thanks again Lisa and hats off to all the staff at McGrath Geelong.

Only very good things to say about our interactions with Britta, she has been helpful, knowledgeable and always professional. Nothing but easy dealings with the whole team at McGrath Geelong. They do a fantastic job always with a smile when walking into the office. Would highly recommend. Keep up the great work!
