Bloody awful... Brad Seller has got to be the laziest property manager in Geelong. My girlfriend got buggar all support from Brad and this mob after she moved in. Seriously, renters beware, once you sign up with these guys, their prompt service drops fast...

It appears that my review was conveniently deleted so I'll try again.  Moving to Geelong from Melbourne and trying to find a rental was stressful enough and everyone at McDonald and Co just made it even worse.  My partner attended an inspection with a fully completed application and cover letter ready to go.  She took the time to speak with Brad Seller who was completely disinterested.  Despite a 16 year flawless rental history, we had to chase daily for nearly two weeks to get a response to our application.  We were fed every excuse in the book by the blase, incompetent-sounding receptionist who didn't realise that my partner is actually a property manager and has therefore heard it all before.  We knew we were being lied to.  After all that time we finally received a standard rejection text message.  A good thing too; I wouldn't want to rent through McDonald and Co even if the rent was free.  I can only imagine what it would be like trying to get any maintenance done or the bond refunded at the end of the lease.

Disregard all other reviews. Incredible real estate agents that act and respond in a timely and polite manner.

One of the best real estate agents in Geelong. Very responsive to emails. They are very polite, attentive and cooperative unlike other agents.

I'll start by saying I feel generous for providing one star. Dealing with them has been woeful. Two weeks to hear back on a rental, keeping in mind that I had to call them myself to discover we weren't approved; they didn't even tell us. 0/10 would not recommend, ever.
